20th Anniversary BINGO Fundraiser!

NYC Books through Bars is an all-volunteer group that sends free, donated books to incarcerated people across the county and has been doing so for 20 years. Join us for a fun night at Mayday Space to raise much-needed funds for postage to mail packages of books, which is our only expense.

Bingo cards per round will be $3 each or 2 for $5.

Beer and other refreshments will be available for donation. If you’d like to help us out, bring along some vegan baked goods that we can have on hand for donations.

We will NOT be collecting books at this event with the exception of paperback English or Spanish dictionaries, our two most requested items.

If you cannot attend but would like to help, you can donate funds here. Just $10 helps us send three packages to incarcerated people.
